Do you accept orders placed outside Spain/EU?
Yes, I ship worldwide as long as the option is available in my country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on the country you’re ordering from. Here are some estimated delivery times from the moment your order is placed:

What does it mean that an item is in "PREORDER"?
A preorder means that the item has not yet been manufactured/ordered by the seller. This method allows the seller to estimate the quantity of items needed from the manufacturer before placing the order.
Preorder items are ordered after preorders close and are typically expected to ship out in 1-2 months. These timmings are aproximated and subject to change based on the specifics of each production.

Sometimes delivery times can get longer than the estimated times due to a lot of circunstances, please be patient, It will arrive soon to you!
Is it necessary to choose the tracking shipping option?
It’s not necessary, but I will have no control over what happens to your package once I sent it if you choose the standard shipping option. Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method at checkout, especially if you live outside Spain/EU.
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
You can cancel or request a refund only if the order has not yet been shipped yet, you can contact me via mail for that ([email protected]). Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded.
